Ironing operator — Colfax County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an ironing operator in Colfax County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
