In-process quality controller • Jefferson County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. On a typical shift you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
