Structural MIG welder wanted in Montezuma County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Montezuma County, Colorado. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
