You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
