Urgent requirement: flatlock machine operator (Kaduna State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Makarfi, Kaduna State. The job is on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
