Milling machine operator — Chickasaw County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Chickasaw County, Iowa. You will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 3+ years on the tools preferred.
