Dish pit attendant — Dinwiddie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Part-time with flexible hours. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
