Immediate opening: presser (Nebraska)

Join our team: we are hiring a presser in Jefferson County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
