Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Livingston County, Michigan. You will work in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
