What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
