Great opportunity: tile roofer (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile roofer in Hoonah-Angoon Census Area, Alaska. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
