Café server — Jim Hogg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Jim Hogg County, Texas. You will be based at a beach resort. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
