Head baker wanted in Braxton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Braxton County, West Virginia. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
