Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Hanover County, Virginia. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Able to read construction drawings and specifications The role involves measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks.
