Urgent requirement: press operator (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a press operator in Stephens County, Georgia. The job is at a busy press shop. Day to day you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Full-time, day shift.
