Confectioner wanted in Noble County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Noble County, Oklahoma. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
