Kitchenhand — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Washington County, Missouri. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Overtime paid at a premium rate.
