Baker — Wheatland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Wheatland County, Montana. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks We offer $210 per day plus benefits.
