You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application You will sand and fill walls before applying primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames.
