Scullery hand — Macon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Macon County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
