Precision welder — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in Montgomery County, Virginia. The role involves strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day 4+ years on the tools preferred.
