Fry cook • Wise County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Wise County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
