Hydraulic crane operator wanted in Greene County

Join our team: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Greene County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
