Overlocker operator wanted in Posey County

Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Posey County, Indiana. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. The role involves: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
