Urgent requirement: captain waiter (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Holmes County, Ohio. You will work in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
