Commis chef — Wakulla County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Wakulla County, Florida. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 6+ years on the tools preferred.
