Immediate opening: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Eddy County, New Mexico. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day to day you will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; report defects and book the unit in for servicing.
