Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Austin County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
