Core maker wanted in Edati

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Edati, Niger State. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. On a typical shift you will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
