Plant operator (dozer) — Douglas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Douglas County, Minnesota. You will be based on a road construction project. Your main tasks: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
