Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts.
