Vacancy available: concrete labourer (Florida)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Volusia County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Your main tasks: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
