Earthmoving equipment operator • Miami County, Kansas

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Miami County, Kansas. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. Your main tasks: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
