Nursery worker — Pearl River County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Pearl River County, Mississippi. You will work at a plant nursery. The role involves maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. Ideal candidate: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
