Dispatch rider — Rice County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Rice County, Minnesota. The role involves scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub. You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
