We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Carroll County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
