Powder coater — Tripp County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Tripp County, South Dakota. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Six days a week, one day off.
