Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Garfield County, Nebraska. You will be based in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On the job you will handle: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Give each garment a final press before packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
