Flatlock machine operator — Morris County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Morris County, Kansas. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Your main tasks: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
