Bread baker — Lincoln County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Lincoln County, Kansas. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred.
