Groundworker — Orleans County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Orleans County, New York. You will be based on a commercial building project. Day-to-day duties: • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites 2+ years on the tools preferred.
