Wheel loader operator — Stewart County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Stewart County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
