Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times The role involves fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site.
