We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Brooks County, Texas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
