Powder coating operator — Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Montgomery County, Mississippi. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
