Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Katsina, Katsina State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room 6+ years on the tools preferred.
