Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Bay County, Michigan. The job is at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Your main tasks: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls Six days a week, one day off.
