We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Billings County, North Dakota. You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination You will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
