Gantry crane operator • Yadkin County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Yadkin County, North Carolina. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work Your main tasks: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
