Commis chef — Saint Tammany Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
